Based in Baie-James, her addition to our range of expertise will enable Transfert to better meet the needs of communities and our clients in the mining, energy, forestry, and industrial sectors of the region.<\/p>\n
Recognized and appreciated in her field, St\u00e9phanie has a rich background focused on sustainable development and thrives on excellence. Before joining Transfert, she extensively collaborated with partners from all horizons to promote Northern Quebec beyond its borders.<\/p>\n
Recipient of the Municipal Youth Award at the Municipal Merit Gala in 2022 for her involvement in the deployment of circular economy in Chapais, St\u00e9phanie brings with her vast experience and a deep understanding of territorial realities. Her valuable and targeted expertise further strengthens our team’s ability to offer adapted, innovative, and effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Passionate about sustainable development and regional economic development, St\u00e9phanie holds a bachelor’s degree in agroeconomics from Laval University. Originally from Outaouais, she lives in Northern Quebec, where she has settled.<\/p>\n
Before joining Transfert, she was the Director of Economic Development at the Chapais Economic Development Corporation, where she successfully led numerous mandates, particularly related to circular economy, maximizing economic benefits, biofood and tourism issues. She also served on several consultation tables, boards of directors, as well as on maximization and liaison committees with mining companies.<\/p>\n
