This milestone comes in a period of <strong>sustained growth<\/strong>, as community relations, social performance, and impact assessments remain at the heart of social acceptability for both day-to-day operations and major project development.<\/p>\n<p>The following experts have been appointed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Beno\u00eet Th\u00e9berge<\/strong>, Partner \u2013 <strong>Indigenous Reconciliation Lead<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Isaac Gauthier<\/strong>, Partner \u2013 <strong>Social Risk Analysis Lead<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Marie-Eve Martin<\/strong>, Partner \u2013 <strong>Impact Assessment and Monitoring Lead<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>St\u00e9phanie Fortin<\/strong>, Project Director \u2013<strong> Environmental and Social Communication Lead<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These seasoned professionals will continue to serve as Project Directors while taking on <strong>new horizontal and strategic responsibilities across the organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThese appointments establish that our senior directors, already central to our mandates, will now play an expanded role in supporting the entire team. By structuring the development of our expertise in this way, we strengthen our capacity to meet the growing needs of our clients and partners,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>Alex Craft<\/strong>, Chair of the Board.<\/p>\n<p>In their new roles, the experts will act as <strong>practice leaders<\/strong>, supporting strategic thinking both within mandates and across the company.
