At Transfert, social engagement is one of our fundamental values<\/a> and is embodied in a variety of ways. It is expressed in our commitments to the community, and especially to the next generation of employees.<\/p>\n

Certified B Corp<\/a>, Transfert is proud of this significant milestone that underlines our aim to provide sustainable and inspiring practices.<\/p>\n

This certification reflects not only the strength of our values but above all our firm commitment to do even more in the future. The implementation of our <\/span>formal collaboration framework<\/span><\/a> is another concrete example of this.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because we believe in the power of collaboration and education, we have set up these programs and policies to bring our commitments to life: Pro Bono<\/a> support, Donations and Sponsorships<\/a>, the Andr\u00e9 Delisle Fellowship in Citizen Participation<\/a>, and our Reconciliation Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These programs and policies enable us to give back to the community so that together, we can have a positive and lasting impact.<\/p>\n

Reconciliation Plan 2024-2025<\/h2>\n

Our 2024-2025 Indigenous Reconciliation Plan sets out our intervention priorities for the coming year and guides our team in fulfilling our commitments. This plan is intended to be a first step in structuring and systematizing new habits and approaches that will gradually become part of the company\u2019s ways of doing things.<\/p>\n

Built around 8 objectives and 21 actions, it will help structure, formalize, and accelerate the adoption of best practices, and, we hope, inspire other companies to act in favour of reconciliation by adopting similar plans. Andr\u00e9 Delisle Scholarship<\/h2>\n

In 2023, Transfert donated $75,000 to the Centre universitaire de formation en environnement et en d\u00e9veloppement durable de l’Universit\u00e9 Sherbrooke<\/a> (CUFE) for the creation of the Andr\u00e9 Delisle Fellowship in Citizen Participation.<\/p>\n

In addition to a commitment to supporting the next generation of researchers, and advances in social acceptability and public participation, this bursary honours the exceptional contribution of Mr. Andr\u00e9 Delisle, a pioneer in the field.<\/p>\n

Each year, our bursary program supports CUFE* students who are studying issues related to citizen participation and the environment.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs part of my master\u2019s final project in Environmental Studies, I had the honor of receiving the Andr\u00e9 Delisle Scholarship in Citizen Participation. This recognition not only highlights the relevance of my project, but also its citizen-centered approach, as it focuses on developing a public consultation tool for urban stormwater management. With the aim of putting the talents of our team at the service of organizations or groups that could benefit from them but lack the financial means, Transfert has adopted a Pro Bono Policy.<\/p>\n

Through this policy, our team shares its cutting-edge expertise free of charge with selected groups or organizations to support their projects.<\/p>\n
