The Local Voices tool enables you to measure the degree of trust that communities have in project operators or sponsors on an ongoing basis.<\/p>\n

How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perception surveys are carried out on a regular basis and over a defined period. Local Voices is much more than a survey, it’s a proven process that offers unrivalled transparency in feedback with communities. First, an anchor survey is conducted to determine the company’s trust model, which illustrates the components that have a direct impact on social acceptability. Subsequently, pulse surveys, which are shorter and focused on what really matters to communities, are conducted to track changes in perceptions over time.<\/p>\n

The results will then help your teams adapt their action plans, tools, and programs to adequately address the needs and concerns of host communities.<\/p>\n

And, of course, our team will support you throughout the process to ensure that each aspect of the project is properly coordinated and that the data is used to its full potential.<\/p>\n
