Founder and partner of TES, Cédric specializes in the prevention, management and defusing of social conflicts surrounding the development of major projects.
A senior strategic advisor on more than a hundred mandates across the different regions of Quebec, Cédric is a key player in all the files entrusted to him.
In particular, he was involved in rebuilding social dialogue and cohesion in Malartic, where he spearheaded the development of a cohabitation guide for impact mitigation and compensation, and property acquisition. For Cédric, it is not only desirable but essential, to carry out projects in a way that anticipates and encourages genuine, informed public participation.
He is responsible for implementing TES’ mission to put communities and stakeholders at the heart of project development and to engage them in a process that fosters the construction and maintenance of a mutually enriching and beneficial dialogue.
