Versatile and results-driven, Dominik supports project promoters navigating complex social, environmental and territorial contexts. His work centers on durable solutions and on building the conditions that support the social acceptability of projects.
Dominik brings a mobilizing leadership style, a collaborative mindset and strong listening skills to his work. He excels at building constructive, long-term dialogue between project promoters, stakeholders and communities of interest.
Since joining Transfert, Dominik has supported project promoters in designing participatory processes, preparing for public review and assessment procedures, and proactively managing social and environmental issues. Curious and highly organized, he contributes strategically at every stage of project development and across multiple sectors. His experience includes mandates in energy, natural resources, heavy industry and residual materials management, as well as involvement in several strategic projects and initiatives.
With a master’s degree in communications and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the Université du Québec à Montréal, Dominik has developed solid expertise in strategic communications, community relations and public project assessment processes.
