Isabelle Brûlé brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience working alongside Indigenous communities, where she’s known for building lasting relationships grounded in trust and mutual respect. With a calm, confident presence, she creates space for honest dialogue—even in challenging contexts.
A certified mediator with advanced training in dispute prevention and resolution, Isabelle blends structure, empathy, and cultural insight to support both organizations and communities in navigating sensitive issues and co-developing meaningful solutions.
She has held key leadership roles with Long Point First Nation and the Algonquin Anishinabeg Nation Tribal Council, where she led sustainable development projects, coordinated community consultations, negotiated with multiple stakeholders, and developed environmental management plans rooted in Indigenous values.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to collaborative approaches in addressing environmental and social challenges. She’s particularly interested in civic mediation, Indigenous self-determination, and supporting reconciliation through practical, respectful action.
Isabelle is widely recognized for her thoughtful, people-centered approach, anchored in respect, creativity, and a belief in the power of co-creation.
