Laurianne Francoeur

Smiling and resourceful, Laurianne loves making a difference in her community. She dabbled in various fields before moving into public communications. These varied experiences have enabled her to develop her adaptability and open-mindedness.
Laurianne holds a degree in communications – public relations and is a candidate for a Master of Arts in social communications. Before joining TES, she participated in communications activities around cybersecurity prevention in a large organization.
She takes a keen interest in sustainable development and relations with Indigenous peoples, both at work and in her personal life. Laurianne is very involved in her community, volunteering with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. In the past, she has also worked with organizations for homeless women and new immigrants.
Before enrolling as a university student, she worked in the hotel and restaurant business. This experience enabled her to develop her interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
