Member of the steering committee of the Association québécoise de participation publique (AQP2), Roxanne is an effective project manager who excels in a consulting context.
With a diverse background, she holds a bachelor’s degree in environment from the University of Sherbrooke. Before joining Transfert, she was an acoustics consultant, then held a position as a project manager in a non-profit organization where she developed an interest in information and awareness tools related to the environment. Motivated by impactful projects, Roxanne believes in the power of citizen involvement. She currently sits on the steering committee of the Association québécoise de participation publique (AQP2).
Roxanne is an effective project manager who excels in consultation contexts. Her knowledge of good practices in community relations, as well as her legendary resourcefulness, empathy, listening skills, organizational skills and skills in popularizing and mobilizing stakeholders, make her a resource appreciated by all. Creative and productive, Roxanne stands out for her autonomy and her ability to adapt to any situation.
Within our team, she manages several mandates in various sectors, ranging from mining to real estate to energy. She specializes in coordinating participatory processes, organizing engagement and consultation activities, and communicating with stakeholders. Finally, Roxanne is often our champion for digital tools such as Boréalis and other online engagement and consultation tools, as well as for managing newsletters via Mailchimp.
