The City of Lévis wanted to become a Quebec benchmark in environmental protection. To this end, it adopted its first environmental policy.
TES was mandated to support the city in planning the second phase of the process, as well as in preparing, facilitating, and documenting public discussions on the topic.
Following a high level of participation in the consultation process, TES helped the city integrate the public’s recommendations and comments into its environmental policy.
With this policy, the city is aiming to be a leader and implement, in partnership with the community, actions that will contribute to improving the local environment’s quality.
