Montréal, August 27, 2025 – Transfert is proud to announce the appointment of four experts within its team. This milestone comes in a period of sustained growth, as community relations, social performance, and impact assessments remain at the heart of social acceptability for both day-to-day operations and major project development.

The following experts have been appointed:

  2. Isaac Gauthier, Partner – Social Risk Analysis Lead
  3. Marie-Eve Martin, Partner – Impact Assessment and Monitoring Lead
  4. Stéphanie Fortin, Project Director – Environmental and Social Communication Lead

These seasoned professionals will continue to serve as Project Directors while taking on new horizontal and strategic responsibilities across the organization.

By structuring the development of our expertise in this way, we strengthen our capacity to meet the growing needs of our clients and partners,” said Alex Craft, Chair of the Board.

In their new roles, the experts will act as practice leaders, supporting strategic thinking both within mandates and across the company. Their responsibilities will include:

  • Mentorship and strategic guidance for teams and clients
  • Contributing to the evolution of best practices
  • Supporting the continuous development of expertise within Transfert

“Our highly specialized expertise is in strong demand as community and regulatory expectations evolve. To meet these demands in a sustainable way, we must actively monitor emerging issues, invest in our talents, and train the next generation,” noted Anik Pouliot, partner and Vice President Expertise.

“We deeply believe in our mission: building bridges between projects and communities. This is how projects become better, more acceptable, and more sustainable. The advanced expertise we have developed at Transfert is exceptional, and our collaborative environment is unique. Every day, we work on sensitive and complex issues that require both technical knowledge and strong human skills. With these appointments, we are strengthening our ability to support more projects, more communities, and more client teams,” added Pouliot.
