Montreal, April 24, 2025 – Transfert is pleased to announce that Alexandra Boileau has been named Vice President of Operations. A partner at Transfert since 2020, Ms. Boileau has served as Director of Operations for the past five years, where she has played a key role in improving our processes, managing our team, and growing the business.

“Some things are self-evident. Alexandra is a pillar of our organization, a seasoned expert and an outstanding leader who consistently rises to the occasion and delivers exceptional results. Her in-depth knowledge of Transfert makes her an invaluable asset to our employees and leadership team as we move forward with our development plan,” said Alex Craft, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In her role as Vice President, Ms. Boileau will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and supporting project teams to ensure efficiency and service excellence. She will continue to play a key role in implementing our growth strategy and reinforcing our position as a leader in both the Quebec and Canadian markets.

“I’ve had the privilege of starting my professional journey at this forward-thinking and deeply human company, and to have worked my way through nearly every role over the past 17 years. I have literally grown as a consultant as the company has grown. It’s a  great source of motivation for me to continue my journey at the helm of operations,” said Alexandra Boileau. “I’m honored by this appointment and am already hard at work bringing Transfert’s next phase of development to life. I’m confident that our commitment to excellence and innovation, as well as our dedication to best practices, will lead us to new heights. Above all,  thanks to our highly skilled team of experts who are redefining collaboration every day,” she adds.

With a master’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Sherbrooke, Ms. Boileau is an expert in public participation, particularly within the context of Quebec’s impact assessment and review process. During her years at Transfert, she has had the privilege of guiding several client teams toward practices that foster strong community relationships and social acceptability for sites both in operation and in development.

With a strong sense of commitment, in addition to her duties at Transfert, Ms. Boileau also served on the board of directors of the Quebec Impact Assessment Association (AQÉI) for eight years and was its president from 2023 to 2024.

Our entire team warmly congratulates her on her appointment as Vice President of Operations.
