Transfert offers an assisted cartography service that can be used to create visual aids to inform communities about the real footprint of a project on their territory, as well as to reflect the citizen knowledge expressed during a participatory workshop.
Assisted cartography can be used to illustrate :
- Buffer zones around an industrial or mining site
- A project’s host environment and its various uses
- The distribution of the various components of the project itself
- The traditional indigenous territories into which the project fits
- The different phases of development
- Results of a participatory mapping workshop with the community
