Transfert offers an assisted cartography service that can be used to create visual aids to inform communities about the real footprint of a project on their territory, as well as to reflect the citizen knowledge expressed during a participatory workshop.

Assisted cartography can be used to illustrate :

  • Buffer zones around an industrial or mining site
  • A project’s host environment and its various uses
  • The distribution of the various components of the project itself
  • The traditional indigenous territories into which the project fits
  • The different phases of development
  • Results of a participatory mapping workshop with the community
